Message from the Sheriff

Thank You for visiting the Marshall County Sheriff's Department Website. We have made some changes and added some new information and links; such as the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry Search and new testing dates for the civil service exam. We hope you find these tools helpful and plan to have more to come!

Detention Division

The New Marshall County jail has the ability to house 3 juveniles and approx 270 adult inmates. We currently have 20 Correctional Officers, a full-time Registered Nurse, and a dietary technician. The jail is run by Jail Administrator Sabrina Patterson. She is assisted by a support staff which includes Assistant Jail Administrator/Records Clerk Joanne Sellars, Sergeant Danny Kerbo, Transportation Officer Larry T. Spivey, Medical Officer Wendy Hagerdon and Dietary Technician Angie.
