Civil Process/Secretary of the Sheriff

Hello, I am Cindy Durand and I am the Civil Process Clerk/Secretary of the Sheriff. I have been employed with the Marshall County Sheriff's Office since December of 1991. I am responsible for processing all civil warrants that are to be executed by the Marshall County Sheriff's Office. Detention Division

We are finishing up construction on the new Marshall County Correctional Complex. After construction is completed we will have the ability to house 3 juveniles and approx 270 adult inmates. This will make us the biggest correctional facility in the 17th Judicial District. We currently have 20 Correctional Officers, a full-time Registered Nurse, nd a dietary technician. The jail is run by Jail Administrator Rick Keller. He is assisted by a support staff which includes Records Clerk Joanne Sellars, Sergeant Danny Kerbo, Sergeant Sabrina Patterson, Transportation Officer Larry T. Spivey, Medical Officer Wendy Hagerdon and Dietary Technician Estelle Worthington.

Criminal Investigation Division

Our Criminal Investigation Division is composed of one captain and two detectives. Our Captain of Detectives is Norman Dalton. Also working in this division are Detective Bart Fagan and Detective Bob Johnson.
