I am responsible for processing all civil warrants that are to be executed by the Marshall County Sheriff's Office. Hello, I am Katie Burk and I am the Criminal Warrants Clerk and the Terminal Agency Coordinator. I am also the supervisor of Communications and I am in charge of the Sex Offender Registry of Marshall County. I have been employed with the sheriff's office since February of 1999.

Patrol Division

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office Patrol Division is made up of Chief Deputy Billy Lamb, 2 Road Captains, and 9 Deputies. Deputies patrol approximately 397 square miles and are also responsible for the service of all civil and criminal warrants.

School Resource Division

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office School Resource Division is made up of 3 Deputies; Shane Chapman at Cornersville High School, Billy Ostermann at Marshall County High School, and Jimmy Oliver at Forrest High School. They are responsible for providing security for the high schools in the county.

Detention Division

The New Marshall County jail has the ability to house 3 juveniles and approx 270 adult inmates. We currently have 20 Correctional Officers, a full-time Registered Nurse, and a dietary technician. The jail is run by Jail Administrator Sabrina Patterson. She is assisted by a support staff which includes Assistant Jail Administrator/Records Clerk Joanne Sellars, Sergeant Danny Kerbo, Transportation Officer Larry T. Spivey, Medical Officer Wendy Hagerdon and Dietary Technician Angie.
