Message from the Sheriff
Civil Process/Secretary of the Sheriff
Cindy Durand is the Civil Process Clerk/Secretary for the Sheriff Office. She has been employed with the Marshall County Sheriff Office since December of 1991. She is responsible for processing all civil warrants that are to be executed by the Marshall County Sheriff Office. There is a fee of $22.00 for civil service and the payment can be mailed by check to Marshall County Sheriff Office along with the civil papers to be served to 209 1st Ave North, Lewisburg, TN 37091.
