The Sheriff's Deparment has the duty of maintaining the security of the courthouse and courtroom procedures. The Marshall County Courthouse is open from Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. The courthouse currently has two court officers, Deputy Michael Burgess and Deputy Jerel Neill. General Sessions court is in session on Tuesday's at 9:00am.
